Compressor is the heart of water chillers, our chiller units adopts branded quality scroll compressors from Japan/USA/Denmark to ensure stable performance and high efficiency, also low electricity consumption and long service life. Other brands like Piston type, screw type etc is optional. Standard chillers equip with copper tank coil type evaporator, seamlessly integrated within the plastic or stainless steel (S/S) water tank. This setup includes a float valve that ensures automatic water compensation. For larger models, we offer the flexibility of a shell and tube type evaporator as an optional upgrade. Additionally, we recommend external water tank with larger volume due to chiller limited space, allowing for more efficient cooling and easier maintenance.
Hydrophilic Aluminum Fins Condenser
V Type Hydrophilic Condenser (≥15HP)
The condenser is fabricated from hydrophilic aluminum fins and copper tubes. The tubes employ high-quality internal thread copper tubes, which augment the heat exchange area for enhanced heat dissipation. The aluminum fins are of the hydrophilic type and are coated in blue. The hydrophilic aluminum foil surface undergoes treatment with a special coating, thereby endowing it with strong hydrophilic performance to prevent the liquid on the surface from forming drops. This helps avoid liquid spillage or leakage and offers moisture resistance, oxidation resistance, and a certain anti-corrosion function. It can withstand temperatures up to over 200 degrees without melting or deformation and is suitable for use in high-temperature environments.
Micro-channel Condenser (Optional)
The Micro-channel condenser is optional for small chiller models. Its internal channel is smaller, the working fluid can be in closer contact with the surface of condenser, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency and saving energy. And smaller size, lighter weight, installation does not need to take up too much space, can reduce power consumption without reducing refrigeration efficiency.
Air Filter for Condenser (3HP-30HP)
3HP-30HP models equipped with air filters. The filter traps dust, dirt, and other small particles in the air entering the condenser, preventing these impurities from clogging the condenser's pipes and fins. Helps maintain the cleanliness of the heat fins of the condenser, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency and ensuring that the condenser can work more efficiently.

The above controllers are the microcomputer-type controllers utilized for chillers of varying capacities. They are combined with display and motherboard together mounted on the control box, featuring a maximum of two capacity stage controls. Typically, it initiates the water pump and the compressor simultaneously. However, you have the option to set it to start only the water pump without activating the compressor, which is convenient for operation. The 1st GW532A controller is the simplest LCD controller applicable for 3-15HP chillers, while the 2nd 7'' touch screen smart controller is employed for models of 20HP and above. For each new operation, the smart controller will give priority to starting the compressor with the least running time to safeguard the compressors. The touch screen controller can also be utilized for smaller models based on the client's requirements.
Good Quality Electric Elements
The 10HP chiller control box with Circuit breaker, A.C contactors, terminal unit etc inside. For bigger capacity units, the control box with double doors to protect the unit.
The standard units with Chinese/ Korea / France brand contactors, and other brands
are optional.
BTW, the control box could add the electric integrated protector for compressor, pump, fan etc which will show the running current.

With high efficient chilled water pump could meet customers’ demand. The pump head or pressure &material S/S 316 is optional.
Horizontal Water Pump
The horizontal water pump is optional as per clients' request, the 10HP chiller adopts the S/S type horizontal water pump with higher pump pressure.
Low Noise Cooling Fan & Other Parts
Axial Cooling Fan
The chiller units adopt the low noise axial type cooling fans for ventilation with brands MaEr or Dunli, applicable for outdoor environment.
